After a lengthy Covid break, we are so thrilled to able to welcome Kathryn and Sean to The Old Stables on Thursday September 30th!

Kathryn Roberts and Sean Lakeman have long established themselves as one of the UK Folk scene's most rewardingly enduring partnerships. To celebrate and acknowledge this milestone, the couple will revisit and reinterpret songs which span their career. From the early days of folk supergroup ' Equation ' through to the current release 'Personae ' with a nod or two along the way to their extra-curricular musical adventures, the evening promises a whistle-stop tour through their artistic journey to date.

We are making every effort to ensure that this performance is as safe as possible for the audience members, the performers and the venue staff.  To this end we are implementing the following:

1. We are limiting the number of seats to 50
2.  All tickets will be seated and your seats will be allocated to tables of 4.  Please stay on your allocated table no matter how attractive other tables may seem to you
3. There will be no standing allowed.  This will help us keep crowding down and allow everyone a bit more space.
4. Both doors will be kept open throughout the evening to aid ventilation.
5. In the interest of the Venue, the staff and the other audience members we are asking everyone who is coming to take a Lateral Flow Covid test prior to the event.
6.  And of course, if you are feeling unwell on the evening of the show, please don't attend - just contact us for a refund.
